What Daniel Bazin doesn't like about Auberge Du Moulin:
frog menu. Entry meurette eggs too cooked and wine sauce not sufficiently raised. good frogs would have deserved to be a little more raised. dessert apple pie and vanilla ice ball. apples were dry and not tasteful. dessert wasn't fresh and it was, of the day before probably. for other guests Norwegian omelet too sweet and unappreciated to taste.
