What Rolf D doesn't like about Chez Ngyuen:
although there were just a couple of guests it took more then an hour to get something to drink and to eat. the food wasn't proper prepared even after sending it back to the kitchen. (well done still was raw) afraid of trying the food we left without eating read more.
