"St. john awaits her with excellent Cajun cuisine, especially with seafood. my partner and I shared the fried alligator (appeared) and the bronzed mahi mahi (entrée) that were not only delicious but also perfectly filled. the place is quite large and popular. the service was a bit slow because we arrived at the peak hour (about 7 o'clock) our dinner was still great, and we would like to come back."

"We had heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. There was a sign on the door to please be patient as they were short-staffed. That's a problem everywhere these days, and we completely understand. However, we stood at the order desk for approximately 10 minutes while 2 staff members were sitting behind the counter talking and laughing, but never acknowledged that we were there. We could also see a gentleman in the kitchen who looked up at us several times. After standing there for 10 minutes without a hello or anything, we decided they didn't really need our business and went elsewhere."

"Saturday night 1/23/16, I had family over to help set up for my son's birthday party the next day. I had an order for 7 people! With my list of items to order, the assistant manager, Bob, took my order with ease and was SOOOOOO nice!!!!!!! He even assisted the car hop to bring out bags! The car hop (whose name I didn't get unfortunately) was also amazing!!!! My entire order was 100% correct! EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR AMAZING SERVICE!!! THANKS GUYS!"

"Our first sit down menu of the trip after departing from Louis Armstrong Airport this afternoon. fried aligator, catfish, shrimp and herbfish (made with house sauces). First for me for all but shrimps. Then cancer 2 ways. Grilled with crazy apron and as a goddess. Prepare it with homemade peach-bblers. Roll me back to the Bayou Cabins this girl is full and satisfied! The flavors were hearty with enough spices to know that you are in LA. Morgan's service was excellent and we can't wait to explore more of the area with their advice! Delicious food, quick and friendly service, a smile and the extra mile!"

"What I love about Chen 's is that the food is always fresh, and they have a great variety. In my opinion, they do not have the best 'insert whatever dish ' here, but the food is definitely worth the price. I eat here about twice a week, and have never been disappointed. I especially like their shrimp fried rice because there are no peas or carrots in it."
