What Stuartstead likes about Le Transat:
Visited here when in area on business. Sitting out front overlooking the beach and the sunset with a beer in your hand, ideal. Friendly staff and although we're not serving food in the evenings as the season has finished around here they sorted me out with a meal, cheese and bread and drinks which was very appreciated and by no means expected of them. What Swecc doesn't like about Le Transat:
Looking out over Dournenez Bay with the sunset plum centre, this is a prime location, so what a disappointment. Rickety chairs and tables, and staff that make Basil Fawlty seem charming paled into insignificance upon the appearance of Rosie, the most pungent pooch it’s ever been my misfortune to meet.
