Amazing. I got the Catfish and Potatoes, and was beyond impressed. I used to have fresh catfish from my great grandparents’ farm back in the day, and the catfish here reminded me of that. I have yet to find it this good anywhere else. The only thing to keep in mind, and this isn’t a bad thing, but you’ll have to wait around 20 minutes if you don’t call ahead.
