Not one To complain about service. But today I ordered a coffee waited 10 minutes they forgot to make it. then I reminded them they said they would make it immediately. 10 minutes later they still hadn't made it. At least 15 people pass me by after I had already ordered and got their stuff. Everything is fine with that but they didn't really seem to think it was that big of a deal. They just made excuses that it was too busy.
Good service. Relaxing areas to sit in a nice laid out dining/study surrounded.
Always my favorite place. Friendly team and I love the smile. This time I tried a ham and cheese bouga-ritto, did not get the sauce I ordered with him, but still my favorite caribou.
People are always so nice, coffee is fantastic and I really appreciate that they wear masks and are as contactless as possible! Thanks to everyone there for your bravery during this pandemic.
