Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

Caribou also provides Beyond Meat sausage for breakfast sandwiches, but interestingly, they don't offer a traditional vegan breakfast sandwich. It's puzzling that they have all the components but haven't put them together. If they did, I'd definitely return, especially since Peet's, which is owned by the same parent company, offers a Just Egg vegan sandwich. I don't understand why Caribou hasn't done the same. I also wish Caribou offered some vegan baked goods, like donuts, cookies, or coffee cakes. Overall, though, if you're looking for a decent savory vegan option, stop by Caribou.

I met someone there to discuss some personal questions. I arrived around noon and was enjoying my time when I was asked to leave because they were closing. It was right in the middle of the day, and there was no notice about it. I had to leave and find another place for coffee, which meant spending more money.

I'm really happy this place is open! The staff member was cheerful and made my drink just right. It's great to see the skyway returning to its usual activity.

This is definitely my favorite Caribou Coffee, and I'm really happy it's part of my morning route! The atmosphere is fantastic, with lovely music and a lively yet relaxed vibe. The staff are amazing as well! Even on days when I'm not feeling great at 7:30 in the morning, they always manage to brighten my mood and put a smile on my face. Plus, the drinks are great too!

The staff are wonderful, but I wish the restaurant were on the first floor for bikers like my daughter and me.
