Outdoor patio setting was nice and relaxing. Could use some rodent and insects repellent. Food were decent price and serving. Service was bad. You seat yourself which is nice, but server takes a while to notice you. Food came out 15 20 minutes all together, but our food was cold. Scramble eggs, hashbrown, gravy sauce were cold.
