Is a smaller Popeye compared to the ones i visited previously in other states but their combos and biscuits still tasted same. Located directly in front of speedway gas station View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
the location in the rice street is very good. perhaps new manager or new worker? at least half the time the chicken will be thoroughly dried out as it sat under heat lamps for hours. I'm not going back to this place anymore. I just got a 3 piece dinner at night and the chicken was dried out and hard like a rock. apparently it doesn't matter to the manager. the employees don't care. You take your chances when you eat... The Rice Street location use to be very good. Now, maybe new manager or new workers? At least half the time the chicken is thoroughly dried out like it sat under heat lamps for hours. I won't go back to this location anymore. I just got a 3 piecedinner and the chicken was dried out and hard as a rock. Apparently the manager doesn't care. The employees don't care. You'retaking your chances if you eat here. Not worth it. It's a gamble.
Horrible customer service lady at the window screamed at us charge us more $10 more at the window then said over the speaker. Missing food no utensils. Don?t go to this location bad experience all around.
No complaints regarding the food. The workers are slow, there no effective communication and they're are very rude
Seemed like a busy location as the line was out into the street. Closest one off the highway on the way home. Staff friendly even with the constant people pulling up. I did have 2 long black hairs on my spicy chicken sandwich but didn't notice until Istarted eating on the highway so nothing I could do.
Wife and I never had popeyes before we were not impressed. kfc rare canes and kwik trip make much better huh.
