"It was 13:30 on a Wednesday and my husband and I had just finished searching for a house that we thought was buying on the Agly River. We were amazed and knew of the experience that restaurants in small villages usually stop eating around this time. We just passed this beautiful spot that was torn a slope away from a winding road. So a beautiful, relaxing outdoor terrace with a huge old pasture tree for the shade. I had cooked the mouth in a light pesto sauce... Unfortunately no frits, but I could suck the liquid with the bread that was provided with the food. My husband had the place (in-house? Also excellent - the salmon was slightly smoked and not excessively salty, as so many smoked fish are often. We both had a local design of beer that we enjoyed. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back with co-operatives!"

"Very nice discovery of this baroque castle with exquisite charm. Stay for my partner's birthday totally successful with the smile and kindness of the staff and the director. The walk around the site reveals many beautiful surprises, the castle, the gardens, the chapel, the thermal baths, the grand Hotel and the most surprising: On the roof terrace of the castle, a swimming pool and a magnificent 380-degree view of the valley with the Canigou in the distance, in majesty. Rooms: Very comfortable, romantic and decorated with great taste."

"Une très belle surprise de retour de Mont Louis vers Argèles tard le soir, une table qui nous a accueilli alors que nous ne trouvions pas.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur des produits, le fait que les plats sont préparés "à l'instant" (d'où une petite attente qui vaut le coup), et non pas des plats industriels qu'on retrouve malheureusement dans beaucoup de "restaurants chinois". Très bon petit vin blanc minéral pour accompagner le tout... Le service en plus était super sympa, avec notamment plein de conseils du patron (?) véritable guide pour escalader le Mont Canigou, notre prochain périple...!"

"Great place to have a drink, lunch or dinner on the terrace, outdoors in a natural setting. This summer restaurant is attached to the exterieur Aventure and overlooks the Têt River. I loved Panko chicken and white chocolate cheesecake. Prices are high enough and portions could be more generous but we spent a great time with family!"
