I've been here several times! I believe it's actually called 12 April (after the date that Yuri Gagarin orbited the Earth), it's easy to miss, just down a little staircase off Nevsky. It's a great place to stop for a snack, they have Traditional Syrniki, Chebureki, Doughnuts and little else, but they are very reasonable and all of their food is quite good!
