Wonderful restaurant! Almost new, tidy and clean, friendly staff, good service. I enjoyed both the beer and the food, fresh and various. Flammakesh, shrimp and rapana are great. Dry Russian cider and Flemish ale too. Of the places I have visited on VO, St.Pete, Quacker is perhaps the best. View all feedback.

Nice place!! Especially beer with sausages and cheese soup
A lovely place similar to KwakInn and apparently related to it even though in the past. Belgian beer aplenty, decent selection of dishes of the same origin and nice atmosphere overall.
