Good to see something different from the typical high street French cafe/bistro/brasserie. Lots of fillings which you can have sandwiched in one of three types of bagel bread (nature/sesame/pavot). Unfortunately I made the wrong choice as the pavot-style bagel was too dry and crusty. Best to stick with the normal bagel style (nature), I suspect. read more.
