My wife and I eat here on two out of the three evenings we were in St Pol de Leon. We had tartines the 1st night and eggs, salad fries the 2nd time. All were go...

Fish in water (so not fresh, but from freezer), NO TASTE at all. Salad so little, you could barely see it on your plate. And brown, so cut hours ago. Fries home...

"Visit to St Pol scheduled at the last minute. We have selected a few restaurants. Moving on from this one, a nice surprise: the artichoke is king here! There is still room, due to Storm Ciaran and the telephone cut-off. The menu looks good, but we choose à la carte. 3 entries. All 3 look appetizing. Buckwheat crumble with shrimp and breaded cauliflower, smoked trout. The journey starts very well, served with Macon loché and a red Touraine. Then the stuffed artichoke on the Asia side and the stuffed artichoke on the Argoat side. A white Quincy goes with Asia: perfect! Impossible not to have dessert. It will be the tangy Galange and lemon-caviar crème brulée. Light, tasty, a treat! Whether it was the cuisine or the service, it was an excellent discovery. Little anecdote: we met two couples we met the day before in a restaurant in Roscoff. Gourmets recognize good addresses."
