A first in this restaurant today. I chose the eggplant amonggiana: pleasant surprise by the originality of this dish! Baking with wood fire that made the skin of the crispy vegetable, the melting flesh in the inside, the well seasoned tomato sauce and the accompaniment with the pesto sauce was perfectly blended. What dayhikers doesn't like about L'antico Mulino:
We found this restaurant while walking around Saint Remy and liked the menu. A few days later we went for dinner. We were seated in a room across the walkway from the main restaurant. And the menu had dropped all the non-pasta main courses, apparently due to the date now being out of season . We ordered two pasta dishes which were okay. "It was really a great culinary experience. I was entitled to excellent service. The wine with glass (I never knew what I had been drinking, damage) was very good taste.
