Considering this place is literally in the middle of nowhere, Gilles and Patricia have run this now for 18 years. I have been a good few times for lunch over the years but 2017 made a special trip and stayed in the village to enjoy a full blown dinner. Was not disappointed. Delicious from start to finish. This is not a restaurant for those who like to eat with their eyes before tasting a bite. Beautiful, color contrasting food presentation is not something to be expected. The food was nicely prepared, tasted good, but it lacked depth of flavor, contrasts of tastes and certainly a color pallet other than dark red to brown.
