Tout était parfait, l'excellent service, le spectacle de la découpe à table de la scelle d'agneau, les différentes mignardises servies tout au long du repas, la visite de Régis Marcon à table, la superbe vue sur l'Ardèche. Les plus beaux produits de la région sont sublimés: les champignons sont cuisinés de mille façons, le fin gras du Mezenc est exceptionnel. Un sans-faute pour la meilleure table de la région."

Visually beautiful plates, flavors that explode in the mouth, a warm staff and small care, all for a more than reasonable invoice... We are fans... We eat there as soon as possible...
