This is a 5 Star Restaurant. The Chef, Michel Vico, is a MASTER! Had a phenomenal dinner with a 25 Euro bottle of wine- 2009 Bordeaux. There are great values on their wine list. We had a 55 Euro Menu that would be about 155 in Paris. Best fillet of Bar (European Sea Bass) I've had in my life. Service is excellent with young Hotel School graduates manning the floor.
