"Sooo, this is basically THE MOST AMAZING brewery I have ever visited and I have been a bit around the world, not to mention I have lived 7 years in Belgium, so I do know few things about beer. What Ethan (one of the creators and owners of this project) created here, is just amazing. Driving to the middle of nowhere, you think What the hell, where am I going , but when you get there... oh my... the place is set in a huge industrial barn, that has been uplifted with lots of creativity. Local artists added their touch. Huge garden, big space indoors for those times when the tropical rain arrives, great music, amazing vibe, not to mention the beer. My favorite beer: the Blanche the so called white beer . I have tasted some in the past years, and this one has been by far the best. Ethan truly knows what he is doing. You go there for the whole experience... the vibe, the art, the beer, the local experience. Probably the most fascinating place I have been to in Guadeloupe during my 4 months stay there."
