"Very beautiful place with a large typical French eating in a beautiful environment is what they expect in this beautiful lively place. the personal and the owner are very friendly and after sitting they carefully explain to them the different shapes of the menu...and the plats du jour is also explained to their delish. at this place there are no much frills, but everything is on the tellers with the right spice and a great wine list of local wineries compliment this eclectic menu. Many thanks for a nice lunch I will definitely be recommended again, well recommended"

"Découverte lors de nos premières vacances en Vendée en 2007, cette Auberge nous ravit toujours autant !Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable moment : accueil chaleureux, service attentionné, un bel environnement, des plats délicieux avec des produits de qualité !Également venus avec des amis (changement du nombre de convives 3 jours avant à peine, de 2 à 7 pour un dimanche, accepté malgré tout et fort aimablement malgré la difficulté), nous avons passés un agréable moment. "We have often eaten here, both lunch and dinner. There is always a good atmosphere and usually quite busy. This never affects the speed or quality of the service. The food is always very delicious and well presented. It is a good value as the drinks.... The locals seem to love it and we too."
