"Very modern and new look. Not sure of the age of place but appears to be in the 2 to 4 year range maybe. This was my second visit and merited a review for what was missed. Food was good. We had pizza. Thin crust. Hit the spot late in evening after along flight and a drive. Only problem was a dirty glass for a double bourbon. This should never be missed. A customer shouldn?tever be the one who discovered this. An inexcusable miss by the bartender who poured and the server that delivered. It was notjust a little bit dirty? It was clearly the remains of lip stick or lip balm of some sort. I like the hotel property and willstay there again. However I will be checking my drink glass a lot more closely."

"Really cool Cafe with great drinks. Top notch bean selection with tons of whole bean coffee to buy and lot of keurig cups as well. Price are medium-high think Starbucks or The Coffee bean but taste and experience are better."

"Best portuguese chicken in town! Big portions too! Chorizo si excellent, the piri-piri sauce is perfect on the chicken (you can ask for mild chicken with sauce separately). Seasoned fries are good too."

"We're in Saint Hyacinthe this week on business and on one of those days we meet some colleagues for lunch at Restaurant l'Espiegle. This is a nice restaurant in the old downtown Saint Hyacinthe in some of the very old buildings here. It's a small place that has been renovated to bring out the old architecture but it is done very tastefully. Our colleagues order a bottle of wine, the selection is quite extensive as I suspect most would expect in higher end restaurants in this part of town, I don't know much about wine but this one was very good. We order items from their lunch menu, I stated with their house made soup, which was a sweet potato soup and it was quite good. My main choice was the grilled salmon and that came with grilled vegetables and a thinly sliced chip like potato and this too was very good. I topped my meal off with a specialty coffee that was spiked with Baileys and Amaretto. Everyone seemed to like what they had and the meal overall was great. I would not hesitate to return to Restaurant l'Espiegle next time I am in Saint Hyacinthe and would recommend this to any reader."
