On a recent visit to Sainte-Luce-sur-Mer, on Quebec's Lower St. Lawrence shore, we decided to have lunch on the outdoor terrace at Bistro du Nipigon. We both ordered the seafood crepe with a bottle of white Italian wine. Our meals were delicious and our wine was perfect, served chilled in an ice bucket.
