What Marguerite Vaillant likes about Les Flambeaux:
The best of French rustic food in and amongst all the great restaurants in st maxime. The only place We went back to here twice in our 2 week stay. The foie gras just melted in the mouth. And they have a spit roaster to cook the baby chicks just perfect. Welcoming knowledgeable staff one of which spoke excellent English. Great wine menu too. View all feedback.
