"This is a large manufacturer of pasteurized cheddar in various forms including curds. there is a short video in English or French on the origin of the company and a window on the production area. we were looking for a last cross-cheese so that it was not found here, but the 3 year old cheddar was good."

"All the food is from the farm, right there on the shore of the fiord!! This place is truly worth a visit! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! The food! It's fresh, well presented and, just simply, delicious!! Add to...this friendly hosts and service as well as an amazing setting overlooking the shore. We loved it!!"

"Honestly, I can't understand how this place would even be classified remotely as a gastronomic restaurant... I ate there the Tourbière, a local specialty of potatoes and meat (poor and beef). The part was small, served in a mini pair, and was accompanied only pure food with a green salad. Bread was also homemade, but it was pretty hard and saw a little old... No menu available yet. Service was very pleasant."
