Special mention for the pâté en croute which seems simple at first glance but wonderfully well made (with foie gras and pheasant) and its butternut and quince chutney which adds a special touch to this starter. The dish is held together by its airy brown butter sauce. The cheese is delicious and well made, I love it, no regrets. And the marshmallow and macaroon dessert is a cloud of sweetness to end this meal. Your setting is always a pleasure for the eyes and very relaxing.
