Well..went to this Tim 's twice over the weekend. The first time the young lady on the cash was rude, and the end time while we waited in line we saw a bagel sit in the bottom of the oven until it caught fire... the flames burned themselves out eventually...a minute or two after that the guy came over, buttered it, stuck it on a bag and handed it to the person waiting for it.
