"Honestly not my favorite tan tan men, but the quality of the ingredients and the effort and talent that went into creating the recipe is undeniable. The tan tan men had just the right amount of spiciness and a strong (but not overpowering) peanut kick. Definitely recommend to try this at least once; this is a taste that you won’t get anywhere else. Be mentally prepared to wait in line for about 1 hour."

"Exceptionally delicious restaurant specialising in eel, catfish, loach and similar traditional Japanese freshwater dishes. The setting is modern Japanese, the staff are super kind. The prices are affordable, definitely lower than similar places in Tokyo would charge. Highly recommended if you want to try the best of traditional Japanese cooking."

"TLDR: One of my favorite omelette rice in Tokyo. The cream shrimp omelette rice is my favorite dish. Smooth in the mouth, balanced taste. —————— Pro: 1. Cheap but really delicious. Amazingly cooked egg is perfectly half liquidated, looks beautiful and tasted really smooth. The white creamy sauce is so balanced that you’ll never feel it’s too rich. 2. The rice tastes flavorful but not too sweet or salty. It tasted really like “fried rice”. 3. Retro interior, really cool store. It’s not new at all, but I like it. —————— Cons: 1. Sides need some improvements"

"The restaurant is located within Tokyo Train Station (but they also have a branch in narita Airport). Good prices for Tokyo. Fast service (even if we wait in the line to enter). Nice and helpful staff. You can offer spicy sauces if necessary. Seaweed Ramen was beautiful, but of course the broth had less taste than the sesame"

"I really appreciated my dinner at this little ecclectic looking restaurant. The set meal is varied and filling, and quite inexpensive (800 and the red wine bottle I had was sweet and decent. Meals changes from day to day which makes it an interesting experience each visit."
