ende september we drove to valleyfield, quebec and went along the canal. it is always difficult to find information about restaurants in valleyfield. I read abo...

Came here for a dinner during the MTL a table eventIt was a three course meal for $31 per person.

Was here for the complimentary breakfast as we stayed at the HotelThe waiter was always very polite and courteous.

If you feel like having a 5 star lunch on a 20-30$ then you should definitely visit the schools restaurant on the top floor. The food is prepared by the

"Just stopped in on our way back to Ontario for lunch. What an absolutely charming establishment! We ate lunch on the terasse (patio), and started off with two Bloody Caesar’s which were well made. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was delicious (big fat shrimp and homemade cocktail sauce) as was the tomato bocconcini salad. I ordered the fish chips for a main and my husband ordered the butterfly shrimp plate. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The batter on my fish was the best I’ve ever had, so light with the perfect crispness, with homemade tartar sauce and the fries are definitely cut in-house too. My husbands butterfly shrimp were cooked to perfection. Sitting in that garden-style patio on a beautiful day had us feeling like we were somewhere on a romantic vacation. Keep doing what you’re doing Mon Village! We’ll be back!"
