What My E doesn't like about Western Door Steakhouse:
Had dinner Saturday evening. The service was extremely slow. Took 1/2 hour to get water. When our food came out after an hour the filet was a charred, dried up brick. The asparagus and potato sides were cold. The bone in ribeye was overcooked and a terrible cut of beef. After complaining to the wait staff and manager a second filet came out that looked like it had been chewed up and spit out. They did take the sides... read more.
