First of all, don't think that because is a Menu with first, second and dessert you're going to a Michelin. This is a simple and traditional way of eating in Spain. Having said that, choose another place in Salamanca. The staff can be nice, but the food and the cocinero can be improved as many others perform much better for the same price or even cheaper.
