"Everything about Mandala is wonderful. The food is exceptional, so many options, and the three course menu option, including a glass of wine, is only 15 euros. It was really hard to choose, but one of us had the stuffed peppers and the lasagna and the oreo cake. The other had the quiche, fish and flan. We tasted each other's and wished we could eat more, but I could not even finish my second course. The beauty is that they don't use plastic for takeaway. The service is the best we have experienced, cheerful, prompt, and interested in the patrons. It's refreshing to know that there is a superb, inexpensive vegetarian option for so much delicious food in Salamanca."
