I've known this restaurant for years, I've been in salamanca, and so I can go relatively often. yesterday was the last time and I was able to check once again its excellent quality. We were offered out of a card psalms and a lamb leg roasted. this was juicy inside and crispy the outside, at its roasting point. fresh and joto-size salmonets. like dessert a tender and tasty cheesecake. What User doesn't like about La Aldaba:
typical and typical salamanca bar where owners/camareros are more interested in departing with the amiguetes than in serving unknown customers. the younger waiters save a little the ballot from the place, but it's all sonnn unprofessional. ah, and above expensive View all feedback.
