my personal opinion is that they are currently in better location, more modern facilities, attention remains equal to good, they are wonderful, attentive, working and professional people. a drop of having been able to eat and taste your letter. I loved everything we asked for, very rich the croquettes (empty), the steack pier, the lamb mussels spectacular (milk)! View all feedback.
What Celia Soler doesn't like about La Cocina De Tono:
We were a group of friends to eat. the very friendly waitress, even when our friends were late, offered to stay open a little longer so they could have their menu. the menu has a reasonable price and according to what they serve (18€) but the letter. price elevated for the quality of the products. Despite this, the food proved well and it was observed that they were trying to give that point of “gourmet”. View all feedback.
Located the great speciality in punos and creative cuisine.
We celebrate a family event. the menu was of very good quality and made the variations that we ask for with great success for all the comensales. the raw material of excellent quality and the execution/presentation in the very good dishes. the wine and so advice menu were exceptional, as well as their service and availability at the table.
Very good punctures made at the moment (10 minutes,) especially cod oxen, the foie pump filled with fig with nut sauce, Iberian feather and the ox coil taco with pure piquillo. has a good selection of wines. Don't miss it. By the way, the very professional and efficient service, will serve you the covers according to that you are consuming without anything getting cold.
The best salamanca pintxos. variety, fresh and seasonal products, traditional cuisine with touch of innovation. They also have a good menu and tasting menu, but I'm staying with the tapas bar.
An online tip took us to La Cocina de Toño for a tapas lunch. Located somewhat off the beaten tourist track, but within an easy walk from Plaza Mayor, this little gem seems to primarily cater to locals. Inside, it looks like a bar with just a handful of small tables, but they produce some delicious tapas. Each of us ordered three different tapas from the menu, as well as some beer or wine. Most of the items appeared to be freshly made and the lady behind the bar brought us one tapas plate (per person) at a time. As we finished one plate, another would be brought. This turned out to be perfect. We were able to enjoy each plate at a leisurely pace. By the time we had finished all three of our plates, we realised that we were full. We were all impressed with the quality of the food. The oxtail was probably the most outstanding item, as the tender meat just fell off the bone. But the lamb burgers, the codfish cakes, the thinly sliced octopus and the grilled pork were all delicious. And to top it off, lunch and drinks for four persons was just over €50. Highly recommended.
