"Parcel order highly unhygienic. Ordered for kothu parotta but they pack it from already made one. These guys make kothu parotta, omlette, everything in bulk during peak hours between 8 10pm. Nothing was fresh there except chicken boneless or chilli chicken. While packing Salna there was a rubber band came from that big vessel. I know it could be simple mistake but how you can eat the food after seeing such things. Think of rubber bands inside that hot vessel constantly getting heated for hours. If you keenly give observation to parotta master’s activities you ll never buy from here. Horrible experience yesterday (June 10). Stay away n avoid getting stomach upsets. I really feel bad for this place owner as this was a very good place in terms of taste and quality back in time. My humble request: don’t give this hotel food to kids big NO."

"You 'll get treated unfairly infront of other customers We were not allowed to take AC hall with reason closing time, then after a while a couple has entered the same without any hindrances. Some weeks back when there is no body available at the AC hall, that same server told us to take the table in AC hall with reason normal dining hall is closed. To the owner, you 're getting paid for what service you provide to the customer, but you treat fairly only for specific customer community based on time which is unfair. Now we 've decided not to revisit again and will spread the love to others as well. This was my previous rating 5 and comment: Tasty foods and also feels like home food, doesn 't feel having a hotel food."
