I visit Panera restaurants all over. This one is top notch. The food is fresh. Portions are really good and the employees are super helpful. We brought our dogs so were at an outside table. I had 3 trays to take out. The employee came out from behind the prep area and helped carry the food to our table. Will definitely come again when in the Salem area. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
every once in awhile I stop in for something real simple; with soup it's always the same old strange dilemma; bowl of soup IS ONLY A HALF BOWL OF SOUP.So, $8.67 for a half a bowl of soup, just seems ridiculous; in fact the only things more strange are that 1.more people don't have a problemand 2. it's not more stupefyingly obvious to management..I feel like I'm eating a bowl of soup designed for kids, but someone for...
