I have limited myself to a taste of the “red shrimp cut”: an appetizer formed by a delicious mazara shrimp tartara with fig india (a short or late) ... excellent presentation and combination of flavors particularly matched. on the “Tattooli in zuppetta di gallinella with musk of spinach, fungus lyophilized and chlorophyll of parsley” I would have nothing else to add, if it is not worth explaining the preparation of some components of this first dish to realize how much the chef angel loves to experiment (without ever exceed) new things. very pleasant environment, excellent welcome and friendly and impeccable service from good and beautiful irene."
