What Bacchisio Bianchi doesn't like about Cafe' Pasticceria Russo:
They did not hear our order properly and brought us a cocktail instead of a beer and made us pay for the cocktail instead of the beer in the end. Even though it was their fault. No apology. Really bad customer service as the waiter barely listened to us. Basically they owe us 2€. Don't leave a tip. View all feedback.
