Embankment Kitchen - Feedback

What User likes about Embankment Kitchen:
everything was perfect for us from beginning to end. the personal was nice and always made sure we were in order. they welcome us at the entrance, have our moms and sat on the table. soon after they have our order for drinks and eat. we have not waited too long for eating about 10-15 minutes, but I noticed that as soon as it started filling with people, they had to wait a bit longer View all feedback. unfortunately no more happy visit. we were guests in citysuites, scanned January code in elevator for 30% januar booking day before. I had confirmed emails for table. When we arrived, we didn't have the table, they had no booking. although I have booked on my handy. we had to wait for a table for over 30 minutes. the food took a long time to finally come. the food was nice when it finally came, but no breakfast came...
