We called for drinks on Saturday, noticed they were making food and with just 15 minutes before the kitchen closed decided to order pulled pork sandwiches. It came on a brioche back and real chips. At £5.95 well worth it deal. They have a good... selection of beers, so will come back again. View all feedback.

I'm not a snob. I can camp in the woods or sleep in the car. I wish I would have done the same instead of staying here. What a mistake. 1. The rooms melt from vomiting. 2. The door was not locked. 3. The window would not close....4 The ceiling was crushed. 5. TV's shoe box would not work. 6. The bottom lino was sticky. 7. The dust on the wallpaper was thick. 8. You get the picture. Been to The Salford Arms several times before and always had a good time. It's quirky and friendly and the food is delicious. Lots of different things going on here poker nights / quiz nights etc but just a nice place to sit and elax with...More
Came in with our family to have a beer or two! Good selection of real ales, served in perfect condition. Having seen the home made chips being prepared, decided to have something to eat. Good menu to choose from. We had burgers and steaks, both...excellent and very good value. Nice, friendly staff. Will definitely come here again.
We haven't stayed here as we prefer to stay in the city centre, so can't rate the hotel angle but if you want a really great night out especially at the weekend, then this place is a gem! We try to get to Manchester for...a weekend once a month and usually end up here as there is almost always live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Its good quality music too and we've seen some great bands. The bar does a brilliant selection of real ales as well as continental lagers and has a late license at the weekend so you can have a really good drink whilst you listen to really good music. The kitchen does a roaring trade and the food looks and smells delicious, the only thing stopping us eating here is the love of a good curry to end the night with! The landlord is a really friendly guy and makes everyone feel welcome. We'd love to have this pub as our local there are all sorts of things going on in the week, a weekly quiz, a vegan night, a language school, how brilliant does all that sound? It's almost opposite Salford Central station and the free shuttle bus (the purple one) will e=get you there from the city centre right up until 7pm so you've no excuse not to try it.
