Awesome place to have a nice dinner! Food was excellent as was the service. The bartender Lory makes the best tiramisu martini! We come to Salida once or twice a year and we always make sure we eat here. Vegetarian options: Great veggies Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

Mid on all levels. Not recommended. Hurried server approached the table to let us know everything they were out of (which was a lot of wines and dishes), boxed croutons and a split plate charge even though they didn’t split the meal. Did they find the Sysco Frozen food? Yuk Nothing tasty. The BAKED oysters were cold. Pasta dry and needed to add SALT! WTF?

This place was very busy for a Thursday evening, but they made accommodation and got us a table immediately! Our server Lauren was probably the most beautiful server I've ever met. The grilled oysters, mussel linguins and bison ravioli were delicious! We'll be safe here.
That was one of my favorite restaurants in our whole Colorado vacation. The Bison ravioli was amazing. Definitely make reservations as they fill out quickly. Also, although they are on the expensive side, you get so much food for the said price
