Enjoying a quiet winter holiday in Salies, not all restaurants wee open.... but the charming restaurant at the Hotel du Oarc (Casino) was busy and delicious. Great prices, great flavours, contemporary fare and lovely service in an historic Art Deco locale. Definitely worth a visit to this lovely restaurant in this seriously pretty village. read more.
