"Quality of Food has Suffered. I have eaten at Martinelli’s many times over the past several years and before last week, I have always been satisfied with the food and the service. Although the service was great, as usual, the quality of the food has plummeted since the last time I ate dinner there, this summer. I ordered the chicken piccata, one of my favorite Italian dishes, and was sorely disappointed to find what appeared to be a piece of chicken that looked and tasted as if it were constructed and compressed from several pieces of chicken scraps.
