"I opened up Yelp to give Arby's a review and found that they have the lowest number of stars of anywhere in town. I'm not surprised. We were overcharged, the food tastes like chemicals, and they don't take coupons. Prices have gone up. I get that. But food still needs to taste like food. The Philly cheese barely had anything inside... except a thick, sticky sauce that I'd be embarrassed to call edible. We ordered the smallest size of fries and when a restaurant cuts sizes that much it smacks of cost cutting desperation. We ordered the largest jalapeno poppers and let's just say they were nasty. I think Arby's has lost my business permanently. They are soon to join Radio Shack and Sears/Kmart in the dumpster of once thriving businesses."

"Came through after an 8 hour drive looking forward to an experience based on the reviews. We ordered the simplest items on the menu, a burrito and a torta. We waited an hour for our food and when it came out the torta was placed in the middle of the beans making it a mess to pick up to eat. A man who might have been the manager came to our table and when we brought it to his attention he said well you ordered rice and beans and said that it was only on one side. When we showed him he said I don 't think so . So now you want to tell us we 're wrong too?? If you are expecting food in a timely manner do not come here. Choices are limited in this area but not so limited that customer service doesn 't need to be something to work on! And then to ask if that 's ok. Seriously??"

"Eating here right now and just had to write a review. Service is amazing our waitress overheard my wife mention how she loves the beets on the house salad and brought more beets over a few seconds later. Another waitress at a different table walked out just to double check the toppings on a different guest's burger before it was made. All of the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Some of the best service I've ever had! And the food is absolutely amazing. Great burgers and fries"

"My friend and I both ordered the chicken club and the chicken was weird. Barely warm and didn’t feel cooked Al the way, though it was not pink. Hopefully we don’t get sick cuz we are eating it anyway. I would have gone back, but we were already a ways down the road when we started eating. Oh well. Sorry guys. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
