The service that Titus and Arnold performed at night was phenomenal. Not only were they welcome, but they let you feel I need a tip for them amazing workers, but even better people they deserve a bonus of a kind. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Three people behind the counter and they just looked at me and kept talking to one another. I was the only one in the store at register picking up a birthday cake. My MIL and I just couldn't believe the horrible customer service. Who is training people these days. Have not been back since read more.

"The manager is rude and it constantly acting as if he is paying for the food. I simply asked for a side of sour cream he then proceeded to tell his employee that?s too much. The cup wasn?t even full. I just would?ve appreciated his tone being better with his employe. There is a time and place and correcting her in that way was not appropriate. It?s just sour cream I wouldn?t have minded paying for it. He needs to use a better approach next time. As a customer I do not like that she was talked to and that I witness him being that ignorant over sour cream."
