I was driving back to Greensboro from Charlotte after picking someone up. We were both hungry and it was late, so we decided to stop for dinner on the way home. Since I had dined at this restaurant before after a football game with my daughter, I suggested we eat here again. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and were seated right away. What User doesn't like about East Coast Wings Grill:
I was really disappointed to find out that they no longer serve the patty melt at ECW, as that's the only thing I usually order there. The Cowboy Burger and Wobble Rings (fried onion rings) were delicious, but they just didn't compare to the patty melt. Can't forget to mention that the spatula is a must-have accessory for any meal. We love ECW. We have never had a bad meal there. The waitstaff was friendly and courteous and the food was served quickly. It is always a great experience at ECW.

Great place for a quick bite. Stopped in here about 45 minutes before close tonight. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad, and it was excellent. Our waitress got our order quickly, gave us our drinks right away and our food came out super fast. The chicken was tender and juicy, but still cooked well through. The sweet bbq flavor was well balanced with some front end kick in the ranch, interesting and delicious flavor. Our waitress was awesome about keeping our glasses filled and making sure we were satisfied. The atmosphere was cool with some late 90s early 2000s mix of alternative. Definitely a chill spot with some good food. Our server made sure it was a great visit. Definitely recommend!
