Ginger House - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Ginger House:
Ordered Egg Foo Young that gravy was Salty Salty. I asked waitress do they make it individually as ordered she said yes I told her it was too Salty she THEN said that they make all one time. Did not try to help. She brought me some duck sauce. Rice, and egg roll was on point. But Foo Young with Salty gravy not good. Tried to doctor it up with a lil water and duck sauce. No luck. I just recently dived into the ginger house and got Collean as my server. I came towards the end of the night, so I would have understood that a server was less attentive and enthusiastic, but Collean had the energy of someone who had just their first table.
