What User likes about Hardee's:
Manager is super friendly. My experience was great. I was walking and the lobby wasn't open just yet and the manager was more than willing to take my order as well as my buddy who also ordered at the drive through window. I really did appreciate that because McDonald's had turned us down at the window. Clearly McDonald's does not care about having good customer service. Thanks Again and keep up the great work. What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
Staff was extremely friendly BUT the food was terrible. ? Onion rings were really hard and dry. Couldn't taste the onions. Burgers over done and didn't have much flavor. Our group of 7 all had same opinions. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
The fries were Luke warm. They did not give me any straws or napkins in my bag. Never had this happen in other drive thru.
