What B H likes about Afghan Kitchen:
The food here is basic, in a good way. If you want a gourmet meal to show off to your date or on Instagram, this is the wrong place. If you want some hipster BS like fried kale over quinoa or burnt broccoli or whatever they're doing these days, this is the wrong place for that too. Ordered takeout from this place since they aren't doing dine in yet and it was alright. I ordered the Salt pepper chicken and braised pork over rice combo. The chicken and the pork were tender but didn't have much in the way of flavor or spice.
