The food here is basic, in a good way. If you want a gourmet meal to show off to your date or on Instagram, this is the wrong place. If you want some hipster BS like fried kale over quinoa or burnt broccoli or whatever they're doing these days, this is the wrong place for that too. But if you want some filling food with fairly good ingredients that's a fairly good value, this is a good place to go. The spice choices... View all feedback.

We enjoyed the Auberginen- und Butternuss-Quash-plant dishes. Both beautiful taste. Butternut dish was a specialty with unique spices. I'd dinate there occasionally.
Tableware as a vegetarian made slightly vegan by holding the yogurt sauce. Main protein in the apps. Several plant options. Yum!
Ordered takeout from this place since they aren't doing dine in yet and it was alright. I ordered the Salt pepper chicken and braised pork over rice combo. The chicken and the pork were tender but didn't have much in the way of flavor or spice. The entire dish was fairly one note, and though they had a few veggies on the side, they were just some carrot and broccoli slices that tasted like they were cooked in a separate batch maybe just stir fried a couple min and just tossed into entrees on the side. It was however a ton of food for $15, could've easily been 2 full meals but I got past the halfway point and was already committed. I might return to try some of the other dishes as I have heard good things about this place but will prob pass on the salt pepper chicken and braised pork.
I've had such plain Taiwanese flavors before so this isn't so surprising. You know how when taco bells make everything taste the same? This is how it tastes like. The same dry tasteless pork is used in almost every dish. Please try to marinate your meat more or prepare a sauce. Not worth it unless you're super hungry and craving Taiwanese food. Maybe it's for low sodium diet.
I know better than to order Teriyaki chicken from a Taiwanese restaurant, but it sounded good! There was no teriyaki sauce or marinade. It was just chicken that had been grilled on a griddle, and had that somewhat funky over- microwaved taste. The chicken with noodles was great and provided lunch the next day as well.
