Felt like I was being ignored. Lady had her back turned. Took a couple minutes for her to turn around. Don't understand why you can't order a cherry turnover on the app. Just apple on the View all feedback.
What Trista Backman doesn't like about Arby's:
I'm from out of town and staying at a hotel downtown. I ordered online and picked it up. When I got back I was missing a sandwich, fries were cold, and I wasn't even given the right receipt. I tried calling to get a refund at least for the missing sandwich but the line was busy. After trying for 15 minutes my boyfriend ended up going back. Total waste of time, gas, and money.
