I don't know why boulevard bistro is not more popular. every time I went the restaurant is far below its capacity, but the ambiente is beautiful, eating is very good and the service was always warm, friendly and efficient. the terrace is beautiful during the summer and the interior kitchen is modern and the sound does not radiate from the walls as it does on so many places in these days.
